General Terms of Use - AiApp

Eligibility conditions

To operate on our platform, it is imperative to be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to trade financial instruments in Belgium. The creation of an AiApp account constitutes confirmation of your total respect for local and national laws in force.

Nature of services provided

The AiApp ecosystem provides you with artificial intelligence-assisted trading tools to operate on cryptocurrencies, Forex, CFDs and stocks. The execution of orders is ensured by our duly approved financial partners. Yields are never guaranteed; although the technology helps analysis, any form of investment involves a risk of capital loss.

User commitments

The investor undertakes to provide rigorously accurate personal and financial information. You are solely responsible for the secure storage and strict confidentiality of your connection identifiers. The use of the AiApp infrastructure for illegal purposes, market manipulation or fraud is strictly prohibited.

Financial transactions (Deposits and Withdrawals)

The minimum initial deposit required to activate real access to the markets is 250 EUR. Withdrawal requests are usually processed by our administrative services within 24 to 48 business hours, subject to mandatory anti-fraud checks. Bank fees may be applied depending on the conditions of your financial institution or your payment provider.

Warning on financial risks

Speculation on cryptocurrencies, the foreign exchange market, stocks and CFDs exposes your capital to significant risks. The intrinsic volatility of these markets can generate profits, but also very rapid losses. Limits of liability

AiApp cannot be held responsible for technical incidents beyond its direct control, including major failures of the global Internet network or failures of third-party infrastructures. Furthermore, we assume no responsibility for unauthorized access to your account resulting from negligence on your part in the management of your security keys.

Termination of services

We reserve the exclusive and unilateral right to suspend, limit or definitively close any AiApp account in the event of a proven violation of these conditions, activities detected as suspicious, or refusal to comply with financial regulations.

Evolution of the regulations

This agreement is subject to periodic modification to reflect legislative developments or technological advances on our platform. Continued use of our services after publication of the modifications constitutes tacit acceptance of the most recent version.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The validity, interpretation and execution of these general conditions are exclusively governed by the law of Belgium. In the event of a dispute relating to the use of our services, exclusive jurisdictional competence is expressly attributed to the competent Belgian courts sitting in Brussels.
